Why we exist

First-role international hires often receive an employment contract and a welcome email, then face a private maze of appointments, housing confirmations, and onboarding dates. Employers mean well; they rarely have capacity to project-manage a candidate’s move.

We started Aioptimizeddev in Schleswig-Holstein to sit in that gap: practical employment consulting that treats relocation as part of accepting the role, not an afterthought.

How we work

Engagements begin with your documents and dates, not a personality assessment. We map constraints—nationality pathway, start date, city competition for flats—and write a sequence you can follow. When a step needs a licensed attorney or tax advisor, we say so and help you prepare clear questions.

Where we are

Our office is in Ahrensburg. Most consultations run by video for candidates still abroad. In-person sessions are available by appointment for clients already in northern Germany.
