Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By requesting or purchasing consultations from Aioptimizeddev (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit an enquiry or commence an engagement.

2. Services

We provide employment consulting and relocation planning advice for candidates securing their first role in Germany. Deliverables may include planning calls, written timelines, contract orientation notes, and checklists. We do not provide licensed legal representation, tax filing, or apartment brokerage unless separately agreed in writing with an appropriately qualified provider.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Authority appointments, residence titles, housing availability, and employer decisions are outside our control. Advice is based on information you provide and on practices known at the time of delivery. You remain responsible for filings, signatures, and payments to third parties.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate documents and dates, to review written deliverables promptly, and to obtain specialist counsel when we indicate a matter requires an attorney, notary, or tax advisor.

5. Fees and invoices

Fees are as quoted in writing before work begins. Deposits may be required to reserve call slots. Informational pricing on this website is not a binding offer until confirmed in an engagement outline.

6. Intellectual property

Written timelines, checklists, and annotations we produce remain our intellectual property. We grant you a personal licence to use them for your own relocation and employment decisions. You may not resell or republish them without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including forfeited deposits, delayed start dates, or lost employment offers. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your employment documents and personal circumstances as confidential and use them only to deliver the consultation, subject to our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered office shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
