Fees reflect advisory time and written deliverables. Complex permit situations or multi-city moves may need a custom estimate after intake.

Estimate factors. Final fees may adjust for dual-nationality document packs, dependent arrivals, or compressed timelines under three weeks. We share a written outline before you commit.
How payment works
Consultations are billed as professional services. A deposit may be requested to reserve planning call slots; the balance is due on delivery of the written timeline or after the contracted sessions. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
What rates do not include
Government fees, translation of official documents, attorney retainers, and landlord deposits are paid directly to those providers. We list expected third-party costs during intake when we can foresee them.
